The human work
is deciding.

As AI drives down the cost of production, the pressure on senior product leaders to make a high volume of intelligent decisions is growing.

I want to help product leaders meet the moment. To do that, I need a strong understanding of how product leaders currently work through tough decisions. What's working well for them, and where they're feeling pain.

Who I'm looking for

Senior product leaders who own a product sold to other businesses, at companies of roughly 100 to 1,000 people, making decisions like what to build, how to position, how to price, or whether to build or buy.

Most interesting are the stories about decisions that took a long time to land.

Who's asking

Doug Evans

I'm Doug Evans. I've spent over 20 years in product and engineering, most recently as Vice President of Product Management at Ensora Healthcare, where I led payments, telehealth, platform, design, operations, and pricing.

I've experienced the power of AI applied to product management, but I felt something was missing. It was great for exploring a problem, but it was also easy to burn excessive cycles managing data, following tangents, and sorting through confabulations.

So, I'm working on something to address these challenges for senior product leaders like you. For more about me you can check out my profile on LinkedIn.
